Merrill Dubrow: My name is Merrill Dubrow, CEO of M/A/R/C Research and a 35-plus-year veteran of the Insights Community, the host of our podcast on the M/A/R/C. Welcome to another on the M/A/R/C Merrill-ISM. Attention sports fans, what are your favorite stadiums? All right, today's Merrill-ISM is going to start with a story. A few weeks ago I had a chance to go to two stadiums I'd never been before. I was at the Delta Center for a Jazz game against my Dallas Mavericks, and the Golden One Center for a Sacramento Kings Mavericks game as well. And I must say I truly enjoyed both stadiums. I was traveling with Ronnie Fauss, shout out to him, Ronnie, great to hang with you and had a lot of fun for both games. And we discussed what are some of our favorite stadiums to see a game. So I guess if I had a top ten list that couldn't include, I repeat, couldn't include Fenway Park, basically where I grew up. Here are my top ten stadiums in no particular order. So I'm just mentioning ten stadiums. I got to tell you I love PNC Park where the Pittsburgh Pirates play. Wow. It's amazing experience. You can see the water. It's unbelievable. I love walking over Willie Stargell Bridge, and to me the sidelines in that stadium is special. SoFi Stadium where the Rams play is special. If you have a chance to see a game, I don't care if it's a high school game, go. It's amazing. Wrigley Field, I mean, I have Wrigley Field and the Chicago Cubs on my list and probably everyone's list. Wow. The fourth one, Wembley Stadium. Something a little bit different. It's in London. I've only gone once. And it was with my buddy, my BFF, Steve Schlesinger, shout out to you buddy, but it was special and memorable. It was like going to a Super Bowl. It was unbelievable. Number five, I got to tell you something, I really liked the atmosphere and the open concept of the Golden One Center where the Sacramento Kings play and where I was earlier this week. It's only about six years old. But I got to tell you something, they did it right. A shout out to the Sacramento Kings. Nice job guys. I got to tell you, the Bell Centre where the Montreal Canadians play will always have a special place in my heart. I went a number of times with my dad. I love the history, the team, the stadium itself is special. Seven out of ten, is Oracle Park with the San Francisco Giants play. Amazing. Again, right on the water, I love McCovey Cove, you can hit a home run and then you see the kayakers go after the ball. And I love to walk to the stadium. That is special for me. Number eight, I got to tell you something. It's about 190 miles north of me, the Paycom Center with Oklahoma Thunder play, just a great intimate feeling for a stadium. Again, you can walk to the stadium from downtown, and the crowd is really, really special. It's very, very tight. And it's not that big. It probably seats 17,000, but it is amazing. I got two left. Lambeau Field makes my list. Amazing experience. The history, the fans, the tents they put up temporary for the games were incredible. And I did go in December and it was snowing. And I saw and experienced the frozen tundra and if you have a chance to, please do it. And last on my list, is none other than Madison Square Garden. Oh, my God. Special place to see any game at any time. And the history of the stadium, still makes my hair stand up. All right, guys, which stadiums make your top ten list? What do you think of my choices? Thanks for listening to today's on the M/A/R/C Merrill-ISM, attention sports fans, what are your favorite stadiums? I truly hope you enjoyed today's subject. My name is Merrill Dubrow.
